2009.11.27 - We prepared and lodged a complaint to the Office of Public Prosecutor on behalf of one of the founders of the BCD Party regarding the fact of unlawful actions in relation to the founder of the Belarusian Christian Democracy Party in t. Baranovichi (it is now in a process of examination).

2009.11.23 - One of the founders of the BCD Party was reestablished at his place of employment and he also received compensation for the forced absence from work and for moral damage.

2009.11.20 - We prepared and lodged a complaint to the Office of Public Prosecutor on behalf of one of the founders of the BCD Party regarding the fact of unlawful actions in relation to the founder of the Belarusian Christian Democracy Party (it is now in a process of examination).

2009.11.19 - We accompanied one of the founders of the BCD Party, Nadzeja B., when she was called to the administration at her place of employment because of signing in a list of the founders of the party. The attempt of pressure was prevented.

2009.11.12 - We prepared a material and brought in action against the Belarusian Television on behalf of the co-chairman of the BCD Party in relation to the fact of slander (it is now in a process of examination).

2009.11.09 - We prepared and lodged a complaint to the Office of Public Prosecutor in relation to the fact of a telephone call on behalf of the Ministry of Justice to a woman in c. Vitebsk when the documents (the lists of the founders of the BCD Party) were not yet submitted (this complaint was sent to the Ministry of Justice).

2009.10.19 - We prepared and lodged a petition to the Court of Logoisk area in relation to the fact of unlawful termination of the employment contract of the founder of the BCD Party.
